A rustically, charming venue where no two events share the same journey.
Daisy Place @ Wichita River Retreat is a venue which boasts a large, rustically chic, clean, partially enclosed, and fully covered pavilion with an outdoor kitchen, as well as, table seating for between 250-300 guests. An equally chic completely handicapped accessible bathroom facility and a three bedroom, two bath, 2,000+ square-foot guest house with bridal suite and Man Cave complete the package. Daisy Place is beautifully nestled on a secluded, tree-covered, lush, green, 16 acres adjacent to the Wichita River and is surprisingly located just a few minutes down FM 369 from the corner of Kell and Southwest Parkway on the west side of Wichita Falls, Texas. The nicely furnished house comfortably sleeping 10 people can accommodate a variety of events from family reunions to, of course, weddings.
At Daisy Place, we’ll make sure the vision for your special event becomes a reality. Our Wedding Venue offers everything you need to create the stunning occasion you and your guests will always remember. 3 Day Wedding Weekend
Our Daisy Place becomes your Wedding Central.
Rental includes use of all event facilities on premises
Price does not include sales tax which will be added
Facilities include the Daisy Place house for overnight guests and/or the bride and groom.
Daisy Place comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds.
The bridal suite and master bedroom has a full en suite, and another full bathroom is shared by the rest of the Daisy Place house.
House is fully outfitted like an AirBnB for all of your weekend needs
Typically a Friday through Sunday stay, but could be any two night/three day stay
Venue available 9:00 am Friday; final out Sunday by 12:00 pm
Allows for intimate gathering of family and friends for rehearsal at the time of your choosing without ever being rushed.
Enjoy your rehearsal dinner catered or cooked on site in the fully stocked kitchen
Three large common areas allow for family and friends to spread out over the weekend (Large den, warm/cozy living room with fire place, nicely outfitted man cave with a piano and pool table)
Third day provides sufficient clean up time allowed to family and friends who are helping with your big day...even on Sunday

Security/Bartender Fees
Fees not included in rental price:
All events with alcohol MUST have security on site.
All alcohol MUST be served by a TACB licensed bartender.
Security Fees:
$35 (per deputy) per hour per 100 guests
3-hour minimum; 2 deputy minimum

6,500 square-foot covered, pavilion with decorative, dimmable lighting
600 feet of meandering sidewalk to fully connect pavilion, house, bathroom facilities, and circle driveway
Large, well-manicured, 5-acre area nestled among buildings; can accommodate games, photo booth, and additional seating
Fully handicapped accessible property and bathrooms
Nice, bathroom facilities to accommodate large parties
Over 1500’ of café, string lights illuminating property at night
Access to electricity and/or water in grassy areas for inflatables or other party items

Daisy Place House:
Use of the beautifully decorated and nicely equipped Daisy Place house with bridal suite.
Perfect for overnight guests, the bridal party, and/or the bride and groom.
Comfortably sleeps 10 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas with 2 bathrooms.
Airbnb-like instructions will apply.

Other Considerations:
All rentals require a $500 nonrefundable deposit and signed contract to secure event date.
Valid credit card must remain on file until event is over and property is free of damages/theft
Renter is responsible for the actions/damage of his or her guests
Special pricing for Non-Profit Organizations – please inquire.
Any event allowing alcohol will require security at a cost of $35 per hour per deputy (2 minimum).
Sound System for pavilion use only; may be available upon request with stipulations
Eight Patio heaters are available for rent (MUST be pre-arranged)
6’ Tables can hold either 8 or 10 guests.
The LARGE bench is not to be moved. The small bench will be moved at your request.
We want your event to be perfect, and will do our best to ensure your venue is!
